offers information and counseling to pregnant and breastfeeding women,
their families, and health care providers about the effects of alcohol,
nicotine and drugs like marijuana, cocaine and ecstasy. Help line
information is based on continuing research and study by Moth risks
specialized team of physicians, psychologists, pharmacologists and
