A WEEK'S GLANCE
No registration is required.  Child care is provided on site.

Tuesdays

Drop-In:  1- 3:00 pm
Tuesday afternoon's is an opportunity for women wanting to make changes to their substance use, to check out the site, our services or get connected with other women who are trying to make healthy changes. 
Women can use a computer, check their email or participate in a craft actiivity.  On site child care (0-6), no registration required.

Wednesdays

Drop In Counselling:  1:00 - 3:00 pm
This is an opportunity for women who don't have a phone or have trouble keeping appointments to drop in and meet individually with a counsellor to talk about alcohol or drug issues.  No appointment necessary.  Childcare (0-6) available.

Women and Substance Use: 12:00 - 1:00 pm.
This is an opportunity for women who are interested in exploring addiction issues such as treatment, opiates, life after treatment.

Thursdays

Parenting and Substance Use: 12:00 - 1:15
An information and discussion group that looks at the challenges of parenting and while struggling with alcohol or drugs

Other Supports:

Good Food Bags and Personally Your Packages are available on a first come, first serve basis as supplies can permit.
