The Pregnancy and Health - Community Outreach Project is a 5 year demonstration project funded by the Federal Government Early Years Initiatives - Early Childhood Development Initiative for Addiction Programs.

Project Philosophy: The Pregnancy and Health – Community Outreach Project uses a strength-based approach to encourage women using substance and are pregnant or parenting young children to define their own needs and priorities for supports and services.

Our Goal is to develop a sustainable, integrated service network that utilizes a harm reduction approach in providing services and supports to women who are pregnant and using substances.
